We always want what we can't have!
I'd give just about anything for a huge, fresh spinach salad.
Even if all the fresh spinach in the country hadn't been tossed in the DUMPSTER, it's not like I could run to the store and get me some. Our tiny grocery store doesn't sell it even when it hasn't been contaminated with E-coli! Sad, huh? We only have iceberg and wilted green leaf!

We were at Chili's the other day and somebody really wanted the spinach quesadillas...but they were too chicken to order them.
How can you have a nice big yummy salad without spinach?
